This beautiful townhouse was just built in 2022 and is ready for you to move in. As soon as you step inside, you’ll notice the inviting shared living spaces, including a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room complete with a 65 inch TV and cozy fireplace

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer on the second floor near the bedrooms.

The rental includes a bedroom is 12 ft by 10.5 ft space with a closet and ceiling fan and another 11 ft by 10 ft room next to the bedroom that can be used a a sitting room or office. You’ll have your own large full bathroom just steps away from the other rooms.

Out back I have a the small patio area in the back of the house, complete with a brand new Weber grill - perfect for outdoor entertaining on warm summer evenings. Inside, enjoy central air and heat, so you’ll always be comfortable no matter the weather outside.

Hello there! I own a beautiful townhouse in a great location and am looking for a roommate to share it with. I’m excited to welcome someone into my home and create a comfortable living environment that we can both enjoy.

As a homeowner, I take pride in keeping the house in great condition and providing a welcoming atmosphere for my future roommate. I’m a respectful and friendly individual who enjoys a clean and tidy living space. I’m looking for someone who shares these values and is willing to help keep our home clean and organized. I’m a quiet and considerate person who works who works in Portsmouth. I leave the house at 7 and return around 5 and normally workout in my basement gym when I get home most nights.

I am a huge fan of staying active, whether it’s through working out or doing yoga in the living room. Additionally, they enjoy watching sports and learning new things. I’m currently enrolled in an online master’s degree is business analytics and have class every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm so I am very busy.
