This is a nice home and I have everything you will need in the kitchen and living room. There is a loft as well with my desk for your home office. The loft also has my lazy boy chair and tv. Your own bathroom and you can use the other room if needed. The common area has a saltwater pool with cabanas and hot tub, BBQ, B Ball Court. This is a place with families and lots of dogs walking their owners. I have a dog and his is hypo and not much shedding. I take him to work daily. He will be one of the loves of your life, like mine! 50 pounds and zero aggression. He is just a lover. The home itself is spacious and bright, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The rooms are average size. A college girl lived in one as an example. I’m a respectful and clean person who goes to work daily from 7-6. Plus, a second job. You must have a steady income and/or be able to qualify. Rent is $1600 per month plus utilities, with a small deposit I am out of college so I don’t party at home.
