Taylor's room

The complex is located in southeast austin right off of i-35 and ben white blvd. The location is a great spot with a fair price. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath so you would get your own bathroom. There is a kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and balcony to share. Utilities and other bills in total for each person is around $200 a month.

I’m the only one living in the apartment and I have 2 little senior dogs I own, so I would like a roommate who is friendly with dogs. Unfortunately, the complex allows 2 pets in the apartment so I need a roommate who doesn’t have any dogs/cats. I’m in need of a roommate since my last roommate fell through. I’m a 22 yr old girl so I’d prefer to live with a female roommate. I’m pretty chill to live with, I won’t get in your business or try to bother you. I stay in my own space and we have a living room to share which I’ll usually hangout in. I work most part of the week so I won’t be home all the time and I am also a part time student. Let me know ASAP if you are interested and you can tour the place if you would like.
