Very large bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. 2 floor townhouse, bedroom on top floor across the hall from my room. Very near i5 and amenities but relatively quiet since the unit is near the center of a large block of townhouses/apartments. Private 2 car garage with room for your car and plenty of storage. I have 2 cats but would prefer no other large animals. Rent includes all utilities including high speed internet.

I am 33, work during the week, off on weekends. In my spare time I mostly play video games and music (bass and synths). I am generally very quiet but can sometimes stay up late and may walk by your door to get up and down the stairs so a very light sleeper might have issues (my current roommate isn’t a very heavy sleeper but has no problems). I smoke marijuana and cigarettes, but only smoke cigarettes outside. I can easily limit marijuana use to only outside if that’s an issue.
