The bedroom available is located in one of the most desired locations in East Williamsburg Brooklyn. Close to restaurants , bars, parks, the subway, and right next to a full grocery store. The two bedroom apartment is railroad style, and rooms are on opposite ends to help with more privacy. Bedroom available is a corner unit, so it has amazing light, as well as a large closet. The apartment is a 3 story walk up, with upgraded appliances including a dishwasher. Living room has large windows and great light. The bathroom is upgraded with a shower/tub.

ABOUT YOU: You care about keeping a clean apartment and don’t clutter shared spaces. You keep noise to a reasonable level. Hopefully you’re pretty easy going, down-to-earth, and have a good track record communicating about household transactions and tasks. We can be friends or just friendly–but let’s keep it a peaceful environment that we both enjoy 🙂

I am a 34 year old working professional in mental/behavioral health and I work from home. I see clients via Telehealth so WFH means I’m in my room with the door shut most of the day till about 8pm. I’m pretty laid back on weekdays and prefer to be home but I’m out and about on the weekends. I have one major non-negotiable: This is a very queer and trans friendly space and it’s imperative that it stays that way. I do have a small 12 year old dog who is extremely friendly and well-trained as a therapy animal, as in she used to go to work with me to see clients. She rarely barks and mostly sleeps.
