About the space: the gorgeous primary suite in my house is available for rent, month-to-month beginning May 15th, 2023. The home is located in an ultra safe, private, gated community with security. The home is surrounded by a 10’ tall brick wall and a beautiful 13 foot tall ficus hedge for maximum privacy and peace of mind. The primary suite includes secure, remote controlled garage parking for your vehicle, as well as built in shelving for your storage needs.

This private room is situated in its own wing of the house and the space measures about 500 square feet. The ensuite bathroom a full, spacious shower with new, dual rain showerheads, an extra large soaking tub, a vanity with cupboards and extra tall mirror, and one of the best features of this room are the two beautiful closets - one is walk-in - and both feature California Closet organization systems. This room was just refreshed with fresh paint and brand new carpeting.

The rest of the home is fully furnished, comfortable and clean. The shared kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and kitchen tools for your use. Roommate will also have access to their own full sized LG stainless steel refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser located in the kitchen, as well as a new high efficiency dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary kitchen amenities such as paper towels, dish soap, etc. for shared use.

New Samsung washer and dryer are situated in a dedicated laundry room with lots of shelving for personal product storage, ironing board, iron and steamer for delicate garments.

The back yard offers a beautiful place to relax and take in some sun with a private swimming pool, spa with waterfall feature, extra tall hedges for privacy and security, two mature citrus trees and beautiful rose bushes. It is a really tranquil and lovely oasis to spend time in.

The garage space is outfitted with sturdy storage shelves, 1/3rd of which will be designated for your use. All utilities, including high speed internet, heating/air conditioning, water, electric and gas are included in the monthly rent.
