I have a great room available for rent starting August 1st. $1400 is including everything, Utilities, electricity, water, internet…etc. Do you have your own bathroom as well. We just share shower so it’s Jack and Jill bathroom.

It has a lovely little backyard. 6 mins from sunset beach.

Must must love dogs. It’s just me and my boy in the apartment, my sweet roommate has to move due to finances.

I’m looking for someone with no drama, chill, kind, stable job and good credit due to apartment needing to run it for lease. Okay with male or female. The bedroom is attached to its own bathroom. Bedroom is 11 ft X 12 ft 2 in. It is unfurnished, one year lease. Place is Huntington Beach
