Two rooms available with shared bathroom, rooms are located at opposite side of house away from master suite with a common room in the middle. Great clean neighborhood, close to freeway access and BART, within walking distance to grocery store/pharmacy/ restaurants / library / park. Spacious backyard with full access to house utilities and street parking in front.

I’m the owner of the house and have been for several years now. I live on my own with two dogs and a pig. I’m pretty much quiet and very easy going. Get along terrific with my neighbors and love where I live.
