Hello, I have a room available for rent in my cozy little townhouse located on the north side of Columbus Ohio. Very clean, quiet and secure location. Nothing too fancy tho, just a decent size, partially finished, basement room with a queen size bed, mirror, a small chair, desk, floor lamps and waste basket. There is some room to add a bit more furniture. $550/month includes all utilities and wifi, plus there’s off street parking and a washer and dryer down in the basement area, but there are faucet issues so they’re not attached. There’s also a refundable $250/deposit. LBGTQ, pet, child and 420 friendly. Cleanliness is a deal breaker for me. So, if you are messy, please do not bother, you will eventually be put out!
