Recently renovated and fully furnished 1100sqft single family home with street parking. I have one small but fully furnished bedroom to let and a shared bathroom. Very close to downtown Raleigh. 1.5 miles from the capital building.

There are 5 indoor cats in the house so if you’re not an animal lover, don’t bother. Another pet might be considered but that’s a huge maybe.

I’m looking for someone who’s laid back, quiet, and respectful of my home. I don’t drink or smoke and don’t typically entertain. There are 5 cats of varying ages and health concerns. They are not outdoor cats so care must be taken to not let them out.
