Hi, I will have a room and private bathroom available near downtown Mountain View starting June 1st.

Room 1: the master ($1600-1700, pays wifi and electricity)

• Large bedroom
• Private en suite bathroom inside
• Large walk in closet
• Hard wood floors
• Separate heating unit in the room that isn’t connected to the rest of the apartment
• Unfurnished but could buy my queen sized bed if you want it
• base rent $1400-1500 and pays WiFi and electricity

Room 2:

• large sized room
• Floor to ceiling mirrored closets
• Separate heating unit
• Private bathroom that is right next to the room and isn’t shared with anyone else
• Base rent $1500 and pays no utilities, so you’d only be responsible for the rent payment

About the apartment:

• first floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom
• The only other person here is me (25 y/o working professional)
• Apartment is mostly furnished since I’ve lived here for awhile now
• Walking distance from downtown Mountain View Castro Street
• Walking distance to CalTrain, 4 minutes away from the 101 North and 101 South so commuting is simple
• large open space with living room and electric fireplace, dining area, kitchen with lots of storage space
• Private backyard/patio with a gate. Also have a good sized storage area with a lock outside
• safe/quiet street close to restaurants, bars, and stores on Castro street. Plenty of parking in complex lot and on the street.
• Complex has a small exercise room and sauna, multiple pools, multiple laundry rooms that take card/Apple Pay (yay no quarters!)

About me:

• 25 y/o working professional in the legal field, currently studying for the LSAT
• Clean, quiet, very chill :)
• 4/20 friendly, alcohol friendly, most-things-that aren’t-hard-drugs-friendly
• Our environment is very laid back, we’re very respectful of each other’s space and peace, while allowing each other to live our lives and have fun. We don’t throw parties or anything wild, but do have a friend over, that type of thing. If you’re not ok with that or are very particular about not having anyone over/no drinking/ etc then please do not reach out
• I do smoke (🚬) but not anywhere in or near the house. It will not effect you at all but just like to make it known. ☺️

You’d be on your own lease with the landlord (subject to approval of course). The cost on August 1st would be $1400 deposit + the rent listed above depending on which room you want.
