Myrtle Avenue

We are three female roommates looking to fill a fourth room in our beautiful, two-story, 1.5 bath apartment! We are on the third floor of a walk-up. The building was designed by our landlord who is an architect and built the apartment with a lot of natural light in mind. We have huge windows, a gorgeous a-frame skylight and exclusive access to a private rooftop.

The open bedroom is the only one that does not face the street, which makes it the quietest. A large maple tree sits directly outside the window, which provides a great feeling of nature and privacy.

We are in the north of Clinton Hill in a safe neighborhood that is next to Pratt’s campus. We are a 10 minute walk from the G train. We also live above a B54 bus stop which provides access to the ABCD, RQNW, and 2,3 subway lines.

Our block has everything nearby. Coffee shops, delicious food of every variety, hardware stores, drug stores, wine shops, etc.

Bed frame, mattress, bedside tables and bookshelf all available for purchase.

We are three female Columbia MFA film students in our late-20s from Maryland, Singapore and Quebec. We’re looking for a very clean roommate who is nice and easy-going. We like to socialize but also enjoy time on our own. The common area is great for watching movies on our projector screen and hanging out to enjoy a cup of coffee.

We are about to renew our yearlong lease, which will begin 6/1/23, and are looking for someone who can fill the room for at least the summer, but ideally for the full term of our lease.
