Our house at 7604 Heather Pl has two rooms for rent available in a spacious and newly renovated 6 bedroom house in the Sherrelwood neighborhood of Denver! The location is convenient, it has easy access to Highway 36 and I-25 Denver (~10 minute drive to LoHi/Denver). There’s also easy access to Boulder (and ~20 commute to the mountains)! The details:

• Rooms are available starting November 1st
• Common areas are furnished, bedroom is not
• In unit washer/dryer
• There’s a flat, $100/mo fee that covers all utilities (internet, electric, trash, cleaning service, some toiletries like toilet paper)
• House has a large backyard (see pictures)

The place is currently home to a great group of easygoing folks in their mid 20s that love the outdoors and are friendly to all! Current and past roomies include students, teachers, firefighters, consultants, restaurant managers and more!
