I have a large spare bedroom for rent right in the center of Augusta very accessible to the library, hospital and other main attractions.

I am pretty quiet and keep them very clean house. I am also a person in recovery. I don’t mind if somebody drinks if it’s done responsibly. Having healthy boundaries and good communication is a must. It’s just me in this big old apartment.
