About the room
Large Master Bedroom with private entrance and large private bathroom with double sinks, and walk in closet available for rent; located in Fallbrook, CA. Directly in town near many stores, restaurants and a few miles from the Naval Weapons gate. The room is NOT furnished. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, a private full bathroom, fast internet and an on unit washer and dryer. Preferably looking for someone who is quiet, a working professional and around the preferred age of twenty to thirty but not necessarily a deciding factor. Couples welcome.
Things to note: Utilities are NOT included in this price. Utilities are split among all people living in the house. Water, Trash, Electric, Internet. Utility bills roughly range from one hundred to one fifty monthly. Please email or text me so that we can setup a phone call and a tour of the house/room. There are two dogs currently living at this location. Other animals are welcome!
Lease length is a minimum of three months but longer can discussed.

My self 25 male, fiancé 24 female and another roommate 25 male are currently living here with my two dogs. I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom. We are all quiet and friendly, looking for some new friends/roommates to create a nice living and homey space. We like to keep the house very clean and organized.
