A beautiful neighborhood in Newbury Park, renting out the guest Bedroom in a 3 bedroom house to replace current housemate. The house is very clean and nice, washer and dryer are new and in the house, new appliances, and utilities each month average out to about $100 per person. Bathroom is shared with 1 housemate.

First months rent and $1200 security deposit due upon move in date.

I’m a superintendent for a construction company and gone most of the day, in my off time I like working on cars / motorcycles, and hanging out at home, usually in my room. I’m super chill, and easygoing.
Other housemate is 27, and he works on base at Pt. Mugu. He’s a gamer and tends to spend most of the time in his room when he’s not working. We’re both super relaxed and like to have a friendly house environment, but we all give each other their space. This place is a dream setup for most. Please don’t hesitate to reach out! Looking preferably for long-term tenants (6-12 months +)

I’m a superintendent for a construction company in Malibu and out of the house typically between 7am-4pm during the week. On my off hours I enjoy working on my cars in the garage, but overall I’m very quiet and tend to keep to myself, but am very friendly and communicative. I’m a total gearhead and car guy, if you’re the same that would be rad, the garage is filled with mechanic tools and on weekends I’m usually wrenching on my motorcycle or my truck.
