Luxurious private bath, 10-foot ceilings, stained glass doors and windows, all Jenn-Air appliances, slate enclosed patio with private entrance to your quarters. I have wi-fi available, but I never use TV. Suite is unfurnished currently.
About the roomies
Share living room, kitchen, laundry, dining room and garage with me, whom you could go for days not seeing in this 3,000 sq. ft. house. Basically, I live in the west side of the house and you would live in the east side. Sorry, no cats. Must tolerate 2 hypo-allergenic, well-mannered poodles who will not share common areas.
