Private master suite - large furnished bedroom with walk in closet. Private bath includes large garden tub, separate shower and sink with a private toilet area with it’s own sink. Shared portions of the home incl. Living area, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining area. There is a walk in pantry and separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Located in a quiet family oriented community with tennis and basketball courts, 2 swimming pools a large pond with walking/jogging trail around it. Utilities are included currently do not have internet service but it will be installed soon. Pets are welcome there will be a non refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet. Prior to moving in applicant must pass the community management background check (fee-$30 per applicant). Once background check has been approved then applicant can move in.

The homeowner is the other occupant of the home. Quiet mature adult male with 1 small dog.
