Kendall's room

Cute 4bed / 2bath house in downtown Franklin, a short walk to Main Street. Private, unfurnished room available that shares a bathroom with one roommate. Large galley kitchen, fenced-in backyard, granite countertops, attic for storage, fun historic neighborhood with great neighbors. Common areas are all furnished. The fourth bedroom is used as an office/spare room/extra storage. Current lease is through September, and we will be looking to renew for another 12 months at that time. Split utilities usually run around $100/month per person.

Current roommates are Kendall (30), Brooke (29), and Koda (4yo Border Collie pup). Kendall works full-time in tech and Brooke is in law school. We’re both Christian, clean, respectful, and laid back. Ideally looking for a female roommate that reflects those same qualities, in a similar stage of life, mid-twenties or older, working professional or grad student. We both keep pretty busy and love to spend time outdoors, camping, hiking, kayaking, live music, and volunteering.

We love living here, and it’s important that home is a safe, calm, and drama-free place where people feel welcome. No drugs, no smoking, no heavy drinking. We’re all for a movie and wine night or game night with friends though! No cats, but another dog may be considered if the circumstances are right.
