Alma Drive

The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath, the rent includes water, trash, and pest control. The internet is $35, and electricity is $100. The reality is that the rent and electricity are a bit lower, but have never passed past those two numbers. The apartment has 2 pools. There are a ton of restaurants in the area as well as highway access to the 75. Rent is always due on the first of the month, you will have to pay a prorated portion of the rent before moving your stuff in. (There is a reason for this)

I am relatively clean and keep my messes to my room alone, I keep the common areas clean. I am known to be a nice person, and am very respectful of privacy. I do have a kitty his name is Little Boy and he is incredibly sweet and loves to cuddle.
