Marissa's room

This is a 2000sqft house in the Upper Westside of Santa Cruz, very calm and sweet neighborhood. You would have 2 unfurnished bedrooms to yourself including the hall bathroom. The rest of the house is furnished and kitchen fully equipped. There is a small backyard with some lounge chairs and fruit plants. There is space in the garage for your car and storage. I have an adult male cat, however there are no more animals allowed unless they are a service animal (per the owner’s requirements).

I am a Mechanical Engineer, life coach, psychic, yoga teacher, and musician. I mostly work remotely and moved to Santa Cruz about a year ago because I love the ocean and the redwoods. I love to hike, and hopefully surf soon! I also love trying new things in general. I am very health and personal/spiritual development conscious.

Ideally I’m looking for someone who has similar interests, healthy communication, on a healing/spiritual path, and ambitious like me!

I would love to cook together or do other activities together sometimes, but also leave room for our own personal space. I’m looking for someone who is high vibe, has a positive outlook, and can help create a joyful and peaceful home.
