One bedroom is available for rent in a two-bedroom apartment, with shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and attic space for storage. Closet space is available in the unit. Rent does not include utilities—tenant will be responsible for half of the electric, heat, and internet bills. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful individual with a reliable source of income. Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m., and smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed. The building has a small side and rear yard and is a tenant-occupied four-unit property, with the landlords living directly across the street. I have a cat, and an additional cat or small pet may be negotiable, but ultimate approval—including the new tenant—will be subject to the landlord’s review and application process. Preference given to someone available to move in sooner rather than later. I am more comfortable living with another male
