Make yourself at home in this quiet and friendly North Buffalo rental! In addition to the shared living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen, one bedroom is available for you. The apartment is already furnished but there is still room to make it your space as well. However, please note that the bedroom is not furnished.

There is an attic space for storage and a washer and dryer (don’t worry- not coin operated!) in the basement. Outside space includes a parking space in the driveway and a small yard/garden area.

Rent is 450/ due 1st of the month to the home owners, who you would be onboarded by before moving in. Half of all utilities are also shared as utilities are not included in the rent.

Elementary school teacher who enjoys travel, music, and spending time with my friends! I’m well-organized, clean, and respectful. I’m pretty open-minded, and looking for people that are similar in that.

First and foremost I am looking for someone who is open, honest, considerate and easy-going. My current roommate is moving- and she was all of those things- and so am I. I enjoy cinema, language, the arts, and gardening. I’m looking for a pet-friendly (I have a cat), lgbt-friendly (I am gay) male (preferred). I am looking for a quieter person who is a non-smoker. (both kinds).
