Upstairs unit with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 YEAR LEASE.
You can get the master bedroom with the interior bathroom as I like the smaller room. There is almost no furniture in the living room as I do not use it. You may fit it as you please.
We only need to split rent, internet and electricity.
About the roomies
Iām a chill and respectful individual. I keep to myself but am also sociable. I sleep from 10pm - 12am but noise does not bother me if you have guests over. I do wake up around 4 - 5 am but try to make as little noise as possible.
