Listing price is for single person, for couples the room lists for $950. 1 bedroom comes with dresser(optional). We also allow storage space in the garage & have an extra clothing rack if needed. You also get your own full size fridge which will be in the garage. Access to general areas including the swimming pool in the backyard. You get your own bathroom that won’t be used unless guests are over which doesn’t happen often. Utilities and WIFI included except during summer & winter where gas and electric bill is split in 1/3 (1/2 for couples).

We are a couple female (23) and male (26) who work during the day Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who keeps things simple, is laid back, and cleans up after themselves. We have 1 outside dog who is friendly and 1 indoor cat who is also friendly.
