About the room
Looking for someone to take the entire apartment. It is a great apartment for 2 students. I am looking for someone to assign my lease to for the last 3 months (September, October, November). Landlord will probably let you extend for full year if you are interested.
About the roomies
Lease ends December 1, but landlord will likely let you extend. I am moving back to nyc and otherwise had a nice stay at the apartment.
