Chestnut Street

Hey guys!

We are currently looking for 1 or 2 male roommates to rent out a spare room in our apartment.
Location: Chestnut Street Apartments, right next to downtown Lease: 1 year (starting June 20th) Rent: 1,672$ without utilities, for the room (840$ if split btwn 2 ppl)

We currently have a cat (chewy) and a dog (Frito). We recently adopted our dog ~3 months ago, so we are looking for people who will be understanding and patient while he adjusts to a shift in roommates and to living in the apartment.

My boyfriend of 3 years (24 years old) and I (22 y.o.) occupy the other room. Im about to graduate from UCSC and will be working full time.

We are sad to say bye to our current awesome roommates :(, thanks to them we know what we are looking for in new roommates! Someone who is: -respectful to each other and the space -easy-going and adaptable
