Hello, I am subleasing a room in my apartment when my roommate moves out. Available starting on March 1st. The lease ends on July 30th, and you will have the opportunity to renew.

It is a one bedroom unit with a separate bathroom, which I do not use. Located off of Monroe street near I-10, in an apartment complex, which has a gym and pool. The apartment also boasts a very nice semi-private porch, and located on the second floor.

Utilities not included in rent price. Internet and renters insurance is included.

You must also be able to pass a background check for $75 and have secure income.

Please, no pets allowed except cage animals such as reptiles, etc. seeing as I currently have 2 dogs and a cat already

I’m a 32 year old working professional. I’m a pretty big home body for the most part, super lowkey, and enjoy playing PS4, watching tv, and spending time with my pets. I don’t smoke, and don’t drink but also will not judge if you do. Just please, no cigarettes in the house ever. 420 friendly as well, but not a party animal at all.
