Hi, I’m a 28f looking for a female working professional or grad student to share a 2bed/2bath (1165 sq ft) apartment with that’s in the Modera Medford complex in the Medford/Somerville area (very close to Assembly Square) in MA. My current lease is ending on 9/29/23, but looking to renew the lease if possible, or remain in the same general area. The room is available right away.

Expected rent is $1,652(current)-$1,820(max renewal?). The utility that’s included is garbage collection.

In-unit laundry/dryer, central AC, balcony, modern kitchen with island, walk-in closet. There’s a gym in the building and other amenities. I highly suggest you explore the Modera Medford website for more details.

The apartment is fully furnished, except for the available bedroom. Some furniture pieces might be available if you’re interested. I’m open to changing the couch if needed. Expected Utilities share is ~ $300, that includes: internet, gas, electricity, water&sewer, and renters insurance.

Pets: Yes. If you want to bring your own pet, it will cost at least $35 per month (added to the lease, price might vary based on type,size, and breed) and we need to make sure they get along with my cat.

Garage Space: $75 per month

The apartment is in a great area, very close to Wellington station (orange line) which is a great way to get to the city.
