About the room
Decent sized room with a large closet and its own hall bathroom. The townhouse has everything needed to enjoy life, Gas stove microwave and refrigerator/freezer, large communal space on the middle floor as well as a back deck and a garage. The neighborhood has a very nice club house, Pool and a small gym but Golds Gym is right outside the neighborhood. There are also plenty of biking and running trails that go all the way to Downtown Fredericksburg.
About the roomies
We are two 24 year college students who bartend in Downtown Fredericksburg, we both work weekends and are usually out of the house but our schedules vary. We are looking for a roomate who is down to earth and has a solid income. Meet required before move in.
