About the room
Two decent sized rooms with a large closet and its own hall bathroom. The townhouse has everything needed to enjoy life, Gas stove microwave and refrigerator/freezer, large communal space on the middle floor as well as a back deck and a garage. The neighborhood has a very nice club house, Pool and a small gym but Golds Gym is right outside the neighborhood. There are also plenty of biking and running trails that go all the way to Downtown Fredericksburg.
