About the room
2 story, 3 bedroom house in a suburban neighborhood. Right of off West Ridge road, lots of shopping restaurants, and quick access to 390. Decent sized backyard with a patio and attached 2 car garage. Rent could be negotiated a bit. Bedroom would be unfurnished and since it’s on the smaller side the use of one of the downstairs rooms for additional storage/office space would be easily accommodated.
About the roomies
2 males, 23, we both work in engineering closer into the city. We’re both into cars/general automotive things and we regularly play disc golf. Overall we keep the house pretty clean and it’s never very loud.
