It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2nd story condo in the middle of palm beach gardens. Unfurniahed.You will have your own bathroom. Additional storage is available on the back balcony No pets unfortunately and you would have to go on a 12 month lease with me and also pass the HOA application/background check. $925 rent. Water included. Internet is $60 cable included and electricity runs around $160 a month. You would be responsible for half of those. I would need first last and security to move in but I can work with you
About the roomies
My brother is moving out at the end of our lease so I’m looking to fill the room. I am 29 single male, work full-time through the weekend part time on Monday Tuesday and also attend school full time so I am rarely home. Looking for clean, reliable and trustworthy roommate
