3 bed 2 bath house with a large kitchen and backyard. New roomie would have the master suite of the house which includes the largest bedroom, built-in storage space in the hallway, and the bathroom which has the washer and dryer located in it.

The master suite is fairly private and allows for the door to the hallway to be shut off from the house. The only time where the other residents would have to access the area would be to wash laundry.

Me and my roommate are professionals working M-F, 8-5 jobs. We’re clean, keep a pretty consistent schedule and are LGBTQ friendly (we are LGBTQ). Also living in the house are two senior cats who are very well-mannered and never make messes. We’re looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and preferably has a similar schedule to us, whether that’s going to grad school, or working, or both.

New roommate will have the opportunity to look at the house and the room and sit down with us to answer a few questions. They will also have to meet our landlord and submit a background/credit check to him.
