This is a small apartment just for you! No sharing anything! You will have your own private entrance and your own driveway for parking. It’s a private bedroom and a separate living area with a full private bathroom. It is furnished but I can move things out if need be. The bedroom has a queen bed, desk, small drawer bureau, end tables and there’s two closets available for you! Small kitchenette area that has a microwave, mini- fridge, two hot plates, and a toaster oven. You will have No access to the rest of the house and I have no access to yours! These two rooms are your own. There’s a couch, flat screen tv (not smart), table and chairs with the kitchenette in the living area. We share a wall and won’t cross paths. Trash is Wednesday. Wi-Fi, waste, water, power and gas are all included. Deposit is 750$ firm.No pets and absolutely no smoking inside!

I work a lot and I like to keep to myself. It is your own private area, so we will never see each other, unless you need something. I don’t party but I like to play music sometimes, I do keep it very low.
