Liv's room

We have a bedroom in a gorgeous, spacious, newly renovated 3bd/2ba home on a quiet col-du-sac in San Carlos/La Mesa available in March 2024. The room has ample natural light, brand new carpeting, and access to a newly remodeled bathroom which is shared with one other person.

There’s a spacious, open concept living room with vaulted ceilings to kick back after a hike around Cowles Mountain, which is directly out the front door. The backyard has a sustainable hardwood deck that’s perfect for yoga or taking in the tranquil views of Mt. Helix and Mt. Miguel.

I am a 30 year old professional. I work in special education and run a small business from home. I live with one roommate (29F) who works full time at a hospital.
