The apartment is 1222 square feet with a full balcony off the dining room and living room. This is a awesome location and the amenities are great. There’s a 24/7 fully equipped gym, pool,and hot tub,sauna,and spa all on-site all open year round and 24/7. Also there is full access to residential wifi. The entrance to the building is access secure and the parking garage is also access secure via remote control access. There’s a night patrol security from dark till dawn. Package delivery is never a problem bc you have access to the parcel package lockers. The property is extremely clean and very well maintained. There are elevators and each unit has washer and dryer. There is a ceiling fan in the living room, the second bedroom, and the master bedroom. New Carpet has just been put in through out the entire unit on 5/2/23. A/C is also available in the unit.

I’m a work at home medical billing specialist. I’m kind and respectful of boundaries and I do want a roommate who is friendly and clean and respectful as well. I love to read, write poetry, walking, swimming and dancing and I love doing wine tastings and I like to cook and clean and bake. I am very 420 friendly and I love Tequila and Vodka and wines. I love making edibles for my friends and family to try. 🤪🤪💨💨 and I love to travel and I enjoy doing brunches. I don’t just want a roommate but hopefully we can be friends as well and do activities.
