Hi my name is Chris, I’m looking for someone to share my home, possibly team up for short or long term. Partly furnished with bed, dressers, built in closet, night stand, small chair, shelf and TV with firestick. Can be adjusted to possible remove some things out/around. INCLUDES All Utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, etc.) Internet with netflix, prime, extras, HOA fees. Access to all areas of house. All linens are provided as well. It’s a split level ranch, built in mid 70s with main living space on upper level with 2 full bedrooms, built in closets, one full bath upstairs, large half bath downstairs, fully finished great room basement including “living room”, office space set up and extra sleeping area. Huge deck, end unit. Lost my long time roomie and not ready to move myself yet. Been here about 7 years. Neighbors good, it is an HOA but no crazy rules. I even have a little firepit and 8ftx6ft pool I usually set up on deck. Grill available as well. Its really easier to discuss things verably then to write all out. So would love to talk with you. I do have indoor/outdoor cat, pretty laid back keeps to himself mostly.

DOWNSIDES Kitchen is worst part to me, small galley style but have additional full fridge downstairs as well. Garage used for storage only and full laundry room. I will send pics when contacted.

Me, myself and I, lol 😆 I’m 50….but not. Female, I like company but don’t have a lot, I’m social but can be quiet, good humored and natured. Love music, outdoors, sports, Straight shooter.
