I rent this home from a property management company. After you see the room and we both decided it may be a good fit, You then will have to fill out an application online and pay a $50 application fee. Then the property management company will process your application usually in one business day. To be added to the lease l, the requirements are a credit score of 650 or above and a reliable source of income as well as a background check and good references. It is $150 to be added to the lease. It will be a month the month term but I prefer a longer term Roomate. As this is not easy finding the right fit and I am hoping I don’t have to post this add twice. :)

• Individual kitchen cabinet for your dry food/dishes.
• Kurig, Ninja blender/juicer, tons of pot and pans for you cooking needs ( I don’t like to cook so feel free in the kitchen) -beautiful serene back yard patio -driveway parking -dartboard and chill area in the garage -quiet street great neighbors

Who We Are: Mom and two teenage boys. . Which whom are very well mannered and funny too. Oh and our huskey. We tend to stay up pretty late at times but are respectful towards anyone whom may be sleeping. My 19 yr old and myself are home full time as I work from home and my 15 yr old will be going back to school mid august. My boys like TV, video games, being lazy and hate doing chores. :) typical. But they are required to do so anyways. We keep a clean home and would like a Roomate that does the same and willing to be part of the household when it comes to cleaning up after yourself. We’re looking for a long term Roomate if it’s the right fit.

Utilities included that I pay: $ - Water, Sewer, Garbage $140 $ - Gas $75 $ - Electricity $500 $ - High-speed wi-fi $100

The house would be ideal for someone:

• works full time and/or school
• Without kids meaning you aren’t needing to house them with you.
• Without person meaning it’s just you, not a couple
• without pets but must love being around them
• likes living in a family oriented home (but it’s ok if your a person that likes to keep to themselves.

I live here with my two teenage boys, 15 and 18. They are well mannered and respectful towards guests and roommates.
