This is a bottom level single bedroom (no furniture included) with a private bathroom right outside the room. Access to the community pool and jacuzzi. This is a casual living four(4) bedroom clean townhouse in beautiful Yorba Linda. Moments away from the Town Center.

I’m an outgoing, respectful and responsible 52yr old female who shares the townhouse with my quiet yet sweet 21yr old daughter and my friendly, fun twin sister. Must be ok with 2 cats. One of the cats stays upstairs for the most part. We are only looking for a roommate until the end of October.
