Hello, my home is located in Westgate at Avalon Park in Wesley Chapel. I live in a new construction townhouse with a screen in patio. I have a furnished room available for rent. The room comes with a queen bed, dresser/mirror, nightstand, trash can, desk and chair, and two shelves. Shared spaces include: kitchen, dining room, bathroom, patio and living room. The community is minutes from The Tampa Premium Outlets, Wiregrass Mall, The Grove, and countless dining options. The community also features 2 clubhouses.
