2 bedroom/1 bath, big patio. There’s street parking with A permit or we have a covered spot. Washer and dryer in building, 3 other units, all really nice neighbors. Will be gone for the month of June and July and back occasionally in August but mostly traveling. Located in Goose Hollow neighborhood in uptown Portland, can walk or take public transportation anywhere, near max and bus line. Near the base of Washington park, you can access all the trails and walk to rose garden or Japanese garden. Walkable to many grocery stores or short drive (Zupans, Trader Joe’s, Fred Meyer), soccer stadium and tons of shops and restaurants around NW 23 street. Also very easy to hop on any freeway direction if you work out near Beaverton or Hillsboro or need to get to the east side or south towards Salem.

We are a couple that just had a baby so we moved mostly to another state to be closer to family but one of us still needs to come back occasionally to Portland for work so we are keeping our apartment and going back and forth a bit but mostly will be out of apartment. We love gardening and used to keep bees, hiking and exploring the pnw and always looking for the best pizza slice.
