Milo's room

The apartment is in a great area right next to Cheeseman Park and only a 10 minute drive from the Auraria campus. It is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment so you would have your own room and bathroom. The living room is really big and the kitchen is nice, there is also a balcony. There are two private parking garages, along with street parking. Also in-unit washer and dryer and air conditioning.

Right now I’m the only person living here and am looking for one roommate to move in soon, preferably at the beginning of May this year. I am a very easy person to live with and like to keep things clean and organized. Love mountain biking, snowboarding, camping, and just being outdoors in general. I’m 23 and currently a full time student at CU Denver and am planning on graduating next Spring. If you have any other questions please reach out.
