The home is an open concept design with an enormous shared living area including a large kitchen with premium appliances, great room with 70“ 4K TV, and enough dining for 14 people. There are luxury finishes with 9 foot ceilings throughout. The back patio is 200 square feet of coziness, and is perfect for lounging or just getting some fresh air.

When you become a member of our household, you will have peace of mind with your own dedicated parking spot in the driveway, high-capacity laundry facilities, and automatic ACH drafts from your bank account for rent payment. Not to mention, we have an extra 43“ 4K TV in storage that you’re welcome to put in your bedroom. Queen bed is included in the room.

Eric and Mike are the current roommates, and are loving the experience so far. They both work at Kings Bay Naval Base, often long hours, but enjoy decompressing when they have the chance. Eric is married and Mike is engaged, but both of their significant others have careers and live other places in the country.

We live in a big house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There’s lots of space, and we’ve easily accommodated other roommates in the past. We keep one spare bedroom available for community storage (it’s about 120 square feet, lots of space!). We’re ready to take on another roommate, and hope you’ll join us.

Whether you like to keep to yourself, or are a social butterfly, we think you will fit in well with our household as long as you are honest, responsible, and respectful of our home. Sometimes we stay in our rooms playing guitar or Xbox, and sometimes we’re out lounging on the couch watching Modern Family and hanging out. We encourage you to apply today!
