Newly furnished Master bedroom with attached bathroom for your convenience, large mirrored closet, Double pane full sized window with lots of light. The full sized bathroom and half sized bathroom is shared ( My husband will be using the full sized bathroom for showering ONLY). Very close to SJSU (10 Min. drive, 30 Min. bus–includes walking time and 20 Min. biking)! WE PREFER FEMALE ROOMATE. Street parking. We are preferably looking for someone that doesn’t work or school from home full time. Sorry, no guests. Prefer 6 Month lease but can negotiate. Applicants need to provide proof of income, (monthly income requires at least 2.5x of the rent), have good standing credit and rental history, employment and past rental references. If you are a full time student, then we will need proof of financial responsibility. Requires a $500 security deposit upon move in. Move out requires 30 days prior notice otherwise lose security deposit. Room comes with small fridge, Microwave oven, Brand new twin sized bed frame w/headboard, ten inch memory foam mattress, two end tables with two lamps ( The lamps Have USB ports built in for charging Phones etc.), drawers and storage cubby’s for clothes etc. in closest, study desk and chair with lamp, flower wall art. Utilities & Wi-Fi are includes with reasonable usage. Light cooking is allowed. Pets, smoking and drugs are not allowed. You are welcome to relax in the common area with a 65 inch UHD TV that includes Netflix, Prime video and all the available streaming from Roku. There is a large patio area available with Barbeque. Laundry is available once a week. We have one cool male Tabby Cat that is friendly and mellow. Note: The pictures that are shown are model pictures of the condo. The common areas will be furnished differently. The picture of the bedroom is what you will get. Note: Just added a 32 inch Roku TV with Bluetooth and Bluetooth earphones in the bedroom so you can listen as loud as you want day or night!

My husband is a Contractor in the Automatic door business and I’m a registered Dental assistant. He works from home. We are an active couple that travels, e-bikers, Love to do chill hikes in the Santa Cruz Redwoods, do the beach etc. We are pretty easy going people.
