Newly furnished Master bedroom with attached bathroom for your convenience, large mirrored closet. The full sized bathroom and half sized bathroom is shared (My husband will be using the full sized bathroom for showering ONLY). Very close to SJSU (10 Min. drive, 30 Min. bus–includes walking time and 20 Min. biking)! WE PREFER FEMALE ROOMMATE. Street parking. Sorry, no guests. Prefer 6 Month lease but can negotiate. If you are a full time student, then we will need proof of financial responsibility. Requires a $750 security deposit upon move in. Move out requires 30 days prior notice . Room comes with small fridge, Microwave oven, Room A/C unit to keep things cool, Brand new twin sized bed with ten inch memory foam mattress, two end tables with two lamps ( The lamps Have USB ports built in for charging Phones etc.), drawers and storage cubbies for clothes etc. in closest, study desk and chair with lamp, flower wall art. Utilities & Wi-Fi are includes with reasonable usage. Light cooking is allowed. Pets, smoking and drugs are not allowed. Laundry is available once a week. We have one cool male Tabby Cat that is friendly and mellow. 32 inch Roku TV that includes Netflix, Prime video and all the available streaming from Roku and high speed Internet. Note: Video walk through is available if requested.

My husband is a Contractor in the Automatic door business and I’m a Registered Dental Assistant. He works from home. We are an active couple that travels, e-bikers, Love to do chill hikes in the Santa Cruz Redwoods, do the beach etc. We are pretty easy going people.
