The property is located next to a cute little wooded area and you’ll have a shared backyard, porch area, and large kitchen. This room has it’s own spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. Anna is a growing area located a 12min drive from McKinney and the home has easy access to 75. The carpeted room is fully furnished (and will include more furniture than pictured), has natural light, and is spacious.

You will be living with myself and my little dog Hercules. Hercules is a very friendly and energetic chihuahua but will leave you alone if you want him to. I am 46 years old and can be friendly but am an introvert at heart who needs plenty of alone time.

The most important qualities I’m looking for in a roommate are that they can keep it quiet after 10pm on weekday nights as I work an early M-F shift and that they value a clean home. I define a clean home as no dishes left in the sink, wiped and cleaned surfaces/appliances, and open space in the common areas free from clutter. I am looking for 1 roommate at 1100/month, bills included.
