I am looking to rent space In a three bedroom house. I live on one end and the space provided is on the opposite end of the house. You will have a private bathroom, bedroom (with closet). 2 Rooms to choose from which are about the same size 10’8 x 11. Furniture can be moved out or stay.

Common area will include laundry room and kitchen. The room is primarily for 1 person only but can be discussed. You must be clean and drama free. Background check required at your expense.

$800 month $500 security deposit No pets No smoking

Hi! I have some extra space in my brand new home and life is too short not to travel and explore the city I live in! I like the simple life.

So I thought why not try a roomie!

I’m pretty low key and laid back. I don’t have visitors over often. I prefer to lounge alone or go out and about. I do have a very friendly chihuahua who I will keep out of your space :)

My room is on the opposite end of the house from the rental room and bathroom.

I own a construction cleaning business so I’m in the field sometimes and also work from home a little.

I like to cook and would be willing to do so for a trade of mowing the lawn :)
