The studio is at the ground level of townhouse, has private bathroom and entrance is private via sliding glass door. The rent is $1300/month for one person or $1400/month for a couple. Rent includes utilities, high speed internet, security alarm system and trash. You will get access to back patio, laundry room and storage. Living area comes with a TV, Queen size bed with a mattress, sectional couch, decorative items, decorative fire place, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. No stove or oven for cooking. Visitor parking is available on first come basis. Street parking is available near by. We understand privacy so will never go downstairs without previous notice, just for laundry and maintenance purposes. Contract will be month to month renewal or and $1300 security deposit is required along with credit and background check as part of application process. Located in good neighborhood and just minutes away from Potomac mills mall, Merchant Shopping Center, Old Occoquan historic town, and accessible to public transportation.
