The furnished bedroom on the second floor includes a private bathroom (I rarely go up there so the floor would basically be your own floor) with shared access to the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer access and a relaxing deck. Rent includes all utilities. You’ll be responsible for your own groceries and personal products. A flat screen TV is available, upon request. Also, must have reliable transportation!

I’m looking for a non-smoking, drug-free male roommate who is 21 to 45’ish who is serious about renting is ideal. I am NOT looking for someone that lies, does not adhere to Agreement or disrespects me (or my house). This will get you evicted and been done before; I’m not a mean landlord but expect people to be courteous and respect others property.

Visitors are welcome with approval. Animals are not allowed, as I have allergies.

I am the only house in a large radius that has access to Hub City Delivery, Spartanburg’s version of DoorDash or HubGrub, this area it’s a big deal. Kinda a major perk if you are into eating out at home.

A Roomie’s ID, credit (must have atleast a 650) and background check, as well as a personal basic application, lease agreement and $450 deposit ($150 is non-refundable as cleaning fee upon exiting) This is required - (This paragraph is non-negotiable.)

Don’t let the application process deter you - it’s just to ensure the safety and comfort of you and I in the house. Wouldn’t you want to know who is staying in your house?

At ~$25/day for an all-inclusive, private space in a quiet environment and not in a hotel or a crowded house full of roommates? it’s a great deal!
