Euclid Street

Renting out the second room in my 2 bedroom apartment at Solara complex, I have 1 cat and the bathroom is shared, but I have very little toiletries so there is plenty of clean space. Full access to living room and kitchen, complex has a 24 hour gym and laundry facilities. Complex also has a parking permit that I will give to renter to park inside when available, otherwise there is street parking. Room is still occupied but can schedule a tour of the apartment and complex if interested

I’m a dog groomer, I work 9-5 Wednesdays-Sundays. I’m a clean and quiet person, I have 1 cat. When I’m not at work I spend time relaxing at home keeping to myself.
