hi, we are looking for someone in their early-mid 20’s to fill up the fourth room in the house we’re currently renting. it is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, two-story house located in Poway.

the room is unfurnished and available for immediate move in. you will have a private bedroom, a detached, shared bathroom, and access to all the common areas. the room will be a month-to-month tenancy for a single occupant, no couples, pets, or children.

the rent is $1,150 per month without utilities included, plus an $800 deposit and a monthly roommate agreement to be signed when you move in.

we don’t mind occasional guests in the household including occasional overnight guests and we’re 420 friendly and don’t mind having it around as long as you’re respectful of us and the property and only smoke outside of the house and clean up after yourself when you do.

we all work and 3 of us are also currently going to school. we are looking for an early-mid 20’s, LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, respectful, quiet, working professional or student with a similar schedule to fill the room. we have two dogs so must be dog friendly and we are a mostly queer household so you must be LGBTQ+ friendly. if you have any issues with that then please don’t inquire. if you have any questions, then please feel free to contact us.

we are Erin (25, M, cosmetology/barber student) Elizabeth (23, F, cosmetologist), Jayden (25, M, electronics tech), and Jean (24, M, dog groomer), Mogwai (M, 6) and Coco (F, 1) and we’re trying to find one more person in their early-late 20s as well, preferably also part of the LGBTQ+ community, to fill the 4th bedroom in our home. we all work and are in and out of the house at different times of the day and like to come home to rest and relax. we like to watch shows, movies, play all types of games, hang out with friends, and go out places in our free time. we’re always down for a household dinner night or game night if you ever wanna hang out, but you’ll never be obligated to. let us know if you’re interested, we look forward to getting to speak to you!
