Hello, I’m Scott. I’m offering a spacious private room that boasts freshly painted walls, newly stained hardwood floors, a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser, and a portable air conditioner to keep you cool during the summer months. My place is conveniently located at the intersection of North Pomona, Claremont, and La Verne borders. Starting May 1, 2024, a room will be available for rent, and I am actively seeking a clean, quiet female or male tenant. As a tenant, you’ll enjoy full access to the kitchen, living room, and pool area. We welcome guests with a respectful guideline of up to five monthly overnight stays. The monthly rent is $800, which includes utilities. A security deposit of $250 is required, and we offer a six—or one-year lease for your convenience. Additionally, monthly housekeeping services are provided for the shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room, excluding your personal room, at no additional costs. Our current female tenant is a diligent student who also works and manages a busy schedule during the week. She is exceptionally quiet and friendly and contributes to maintaining a harmonious home environment. Occasionally, her partner visits.

Regarding household expenses, we have a shared approach where we split the cost of common kitchen items such as dish soap, sponges, and trash bags. Contributions are appreciated but not mandatory, so feel free to chip in without any pressure.

As for myself, I work for a nonprofit organization and commute to LA four days a week. On Fridays, I’m based at home. Additionally, I have one work-from-home day each week. My typical schedule begins early at 5 am, and I usually return home by 5 pm, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere during evenings and weekends. I’m also gone one to two weekends a month, visiting my grandkids in Arizona.
